San Francisco-based legal tech company Logikcull today announced it has closed a $25 million Series B funding round led by New Enterprise Associates (NEA).

The investment will help the cloud-based SaaS platform make its instant discovery process accessible to virtually anyone capable of conducting a Google search.

Logikcull’s cloud-based software focuses on simplifying and automating the process of collecting and reviewing documents for e-discovery, internal investigations and public records response.
